温针灸治疗中风后痉挛性瘫痪临床研究

摘　　要：目的:探讨温针灸治疗中风后痉挛性瘫痪的效果。方法:随机将我院2016年4月-2017年4月收治的80例中风后痉挛性瘫痪患者分为两组,每组40例。观察组行温针灸治疗,对照组行常规针刺。比较两组临床疗效。结果:治疗后,观察组CSI指数、痉挛分级及肢体运动功能等指标均明显优于对照组,差异显著(P <0.05)。结论:温针灸可有效缓解肢体痉挛程度,增强肢体运动能力,提高患者的生活质量,值得推广应用。Objective： To observe clinical effects of warm acupuncture on sqastic paralysis after stroke. 80 patients with sqastic paralysis after stroke were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group, 40 cases in each. The observation group was treated by warm acupuncture, and the control group was treated by conventional acupuncture. Clinical efects between two groups were compared. Results： After treatment, CSI classifcation, spasticity grade and extremity motor function in the observation group were better than those in the control group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： Warm acupuncture can alleviate limb spasticity, enhance the ability of limb movement, improve quality of life of patients, and is worthy of promotion.
