千金苇茎汤合定喘汤治疗支气管扩张合并哮喘的临床疗效及生活质量改善作用

摘　　要：目的:针对支气管扩张合并哮喘患者采用千金苇茎汤合定喘汤治疗,观察临床疗效及生活质量改善情况。方法:选取我院2015年12月-2017年12月呼吸科收治的支气管扩张合并哮喘的患者共96例,将96例患者随机分为对照组和观察组,各48例,对照组采用西医常规治疗,包括抗感染、止咳化痰及抗哮喘等治疗,观察组在对照组的基础上加用千金苇茎汤合定喘汤治疗,组方:冬瓜子30g,苇茎、薏苡仁、桑白皮、黄芩各15g,桃仁、白果、款冬花、紫苏子、苦杏仁各10g,法半夏9g,甘草6g,麻黄5g,共加入400mL水煎服,温服。两组患者共治疗10d。对比两组患者的临床疗效及生活质量评分。结果:对照组治疗后的临床总有效率为81.25%,观察组的治疗总有效率为95.83%,观察组的临床总有效率高于对照组(P <0.05),差异对比具有统计学意义。两组患者治疗前的临床症状、活动能力、疾病影响及生活质量总分对比,差异无统计学意义(P> 0.05),而治疗后,两组患者的临床症状、活动能力、疾病影响及生活质量总分均较治疗前下降(P <0.05),而观察组治疗后的各项评分及总分下降较对照组明显(P <0.05),差异对比具有统计学意义。结论:在西药常规治疗的基础上加用千金苇茎汤合定喘汤治疗后能有效提高临床疗效,改善患者的临床症状及体征,提高患者的生活质量,值得在临床中推广实施。Objective： To observe the clinical efcacy and quality of life of the Qianjin Weijing decoction （ 千金苇茎汤 ） and the Dingchuan decoction （定喘汤） on bronchiectasis and asthma. Methods： 96 cases were randomly divided into the control group and observation group, 48 cases in each. The control group was treated with western medicine. The observation group was given the Qianjin Weijing decoction and the Dingchuan decoction more. Two groups were treated with 10 days. The clinical efcacy and quality of life between two groups were compared. Results： The total clinical efcacy was 81.25% in the control group, and was 95.83% in the observation group. That in the observation group was higher than the control group （P〈0.05）, with a statistically signifcant diference. The clinical symptoms, activity ability, disease efect and quality of life in two groups were did not show statistically signifcant diference before treatment （P〉0.05）. After treatment, those in two groups were lower （P〈0.05）. The score and total scores in the observation group were signifcantly lower than the control group （P〈0.05）, with a statistically signifcant diference. Conclusion： Western medicine, the Qianjin Weijing decoction and the Dingchuan decoction can efectively improve the clinical efcacy, improve the clinical symptoms and signs, improve the quality of life, and is worth popularizing and implementing in clinic.
