摘 要:本研究采用田间试验与室内分析相结合的方法,探究全覆膜垄膜沟播、半覆膜垄膜沟播和不覆膜平作三种不同种植方式对旱作向日葵农田土壤微生物及酶活性的影响,进一步补充完善垄膜集雨和旱作农业丰产栽培理论。结果表明:全覆膜垄膜沟播有效提高了土壤酶活性与土壤微生物数量,表现为全覆膜垄膜沟播>半覆膜垄膜沟播>不覆膜平作,其数量各处理均表现为细菌>放线菌>真菌。各处理土壤酶活性、微生物数量随着土层的加深呈降低趋势。试验认为全覆膜垄膜沟播可增加向日葵土壤酶活性及土壤微生物数量,有利于改善土壤结构并提升土壤养分,可以为植株根系生长及养分吸收创造良好微环境。Three planting modes, including ride-furrow planting with all film mulching, that with half film mulching, and that with no-film mulching, were used to explore the soil microorganism number and enzyme activities in the dry fanning of sunflower field and to improve the theories of ridge-furrow planting with film mulching for rain collecting and high yield cultivation in upland agriculture. The results showed that ride-furrow planting with all film mulching effectively improved the soil enzyme activities and the number of soil microorganism, and the number soil microorganism in each treatment showed bacteria 〉 actinomycetes 〉 fungi. Soil enzyme activities and microorganism number decreased with soil depth. The ride-furrow planting with all film mulching increased soil enzyme activities and soil microorganism number, improved soil structure and soil nutrients, which could create a good micro environment for plant root growth and nutrient absorption.
