摘　　要：推动法学科学化和现代化是全面依法治国、建设法治中国的内在要求,是中国法学学术共同体的历史使命。深入开展法学范畴研究、协同推进法理研究、并将法学范畴研究和法理研究有效对接,是实现法学科学化和现代化的必由之路。论文以追忆1988年"全国法学基本范畴研讨会"为铺垫,论述了在中国法学新时代全面深化和拓展法学范畴研究对于构建中国特色社会主义法治理论体系、加快构建中国特色法学体系的重要意义,探讨了深化和拓展法学范畴研究的路径和方法;分析了大力推进法学范畴研究与法理研究互相对接的客观必然性、现实必要性和方法上的可能性,探讨了法学范畴研究和法理研究互相对接的路径和方法。把法学范畴研究与法理研究对接起来,其要义就是把"权利本位"与"法理中心"并轨,构建以权利为本位、以法理为中心的新时代中国法理学。Promoting the scientization and modernization of law is the inherent requirement of ruling the country by law comprehensively and building China under the rule of law. It is also the his- torical mission of China＇s legal academic community. The only way to realize the scientization and modernization of law is to carry out the study of category in depth, promote the study of Fali synergis- tically, and link the study of category with the study of Fali effectively. Based on the review of the National Seminar on Basic Categories of Law in 1988, this paper discusses the significance of deepe- ning and expanding the study of category comprehensively in the new era of Chinese jurisprudence for the construction of socialist rule of law theory system with Chinese characteristics and the legal system with Chinese characteristics, and probes into deepening and expanding the study of legal category. It also analyzes the inevitability, necessity and possibility of the doeking between category research and Fali research, and discusses the ways and methods of the docking between category research and Fali research. The key point of docking the study of category with the study of Fali is to combine the ＂right-based theory＂ with the ＂Fali-centered＂ and to construct the jurisprudence of China in the new era with the right-based and the Fali-centered.
