动水侵蚀下浆体材料损伤因子灰色关联探析

摘　　要：为探究灌浆材料在行车荷载与水耦合作用下抗冲刷性能的主次影响因素,文中分别取一种典型有机和无机类灌浆材料,并利用灰色关联方法,采用抗压强度为基本试验指标,以橡胶粉目数、动水压力、冲刷次数以及养生龄期作为4种弱化因子,归纳总结出水侵蚀作用下影响灌浆材料抗冲刷性的主次因子。试验结果表明：影响两种浆体材料抗冲刷性能的程度,依次均为动水压力〉冲刷次数〉橡胶粉目数〉养生龄期;冲刷次数和动水压力对两种材料产生的损伤相当;而养生龄期对有机类材料造成的损伤大于无机类材料。故：针对多雨地区且需要及时开放交通的路面抢修处治,宜选用无机灌浆材料;对于多雨地区且不需要及时开放交通的路面抢修处治而言,可选用有机灌浆材料。In order to study the main influencing factors of grouting material in anti-erosion performance under driving load and water environment,the experiment has been planned to select typical organic and inorganic grouting material under compressive strength test using grey correlation theory,and the rubber powder mesh,hydrodynamic pressure,scouring times and curing age as the four degradation factors,the primary and secondary factors that influence the erosion resistance of grouting material under water environment are summarized.Compressive strength test results show that the effect of scour resistance slurry material from large to small order are：the number of hydrodynamic pressure,scouring times,rubber powder mesh,curing age;the influence of scouring frequency and dynamic water pressure on the two kinds of materials;the damage caused by the age of organic materials is greater than that of inorganic materials,in the rainy season and the need for timely open area traffic road repair treatment,it is recommended to use inorganic materials as filling material of slab,the seasonal area without the need for timely open traffic road repair treatment,it is recommended to use organic materials as filling material of slab.
