摘　　要：在"互联网+医疗"背景下,加强血液安全信息化监测势在必行。本研究介绍了河北省利用互联网技术,依托省级血液信息管理网,从各血站和医院服务站点、VPN专用业务网络、基础功能、业务监管功能、服务功能等5方面,搭建了采供血/临床用血一体化开放性血液安全监测平台,实现了血液安全事件信息资源的集中存储、共享、互通,达到了采供血、用血业务高效协同的目的。指出:血液安全监测平台最大程度地发挥了协同关键作用,使信息系统数据交互标准、软硬件高度融合等形成合力。In the context of ＂Internet Plus in medical care＂, it is imperative to establish and improve the informati zation construction of blood safety monitoring. Using Internet technology and relying on blood information management network at the Hebei provincial level, from five aspects of the blood stations and hospital services site, VPN（Virtual Pri vate Network） , basic functions, business regulation functions, and service functions, the integration of open platform for blood safety monitoring on blood collection and supply^clinical use was set up, which realized the storage, sharing, and communication of blood safety event information resources, and achieved the efficient coordination purpose of blood col lection and providence, and blood business. The key to the maximum synergy of the blood safety monitoring platform lies in the combination of information system data interaction standards and highly integrated software and hardware.
