摘　　要：总结分析了国外血液安全事件分类情况及特征,在借鉴国外成熟经验的基础上,以《医疗质量安全事件报告暂行规定》等为理论框架,构建了河北省血液安全事件分类规范。分类规范形成统一的信息传输标准,有利于将不良事件转化为有意义的统计信息,满足了血液安全监测信息系统的数据交互需求,有利于管理者从不同角度甄别事件并提出针对性措施,从而提升血液安全水平。The foreign classification and characteristics of blood safety events were summarized and analyzed. On the basis of learning from foreign mature experience, based on the theoretical framework of ＂The interim provisions on medical quality safety incident report＂, the classification specifications of blood safety events in Hebei province were constructed. The classification specifications formecl a unified and standard information transmission, which benefited the transfer of adverse events into meaningful statistics, met the blood safety monitoring information system data interaction requirements, helped the managers to identify events from different angles, then the targeted continuous improvement measures were put forward to enhance the blood safety level.
