摘　　要：健康管理是20世纪中期由美国医疗保险机构提出的一个新概念.旨在通过对其医疗保险客户（包括疾病患者或高危人群）开展系统的健康管理,达到有效控制疾病的发生或发展,显著降低出险概率和实际医疗支出,从而减少医疗保险赔付损失的目的.中国的健康管理起步晚,发展迅速.目前局限于经济基础相对高一点的人群实施,被公众的认知度低,尚未得到广泛的普及.基于此,本文从中国全面普及健康管理的角度分析健康管理在中国医疗卫生行业的重要价值.Health management is a new concept proposed by the US medical insurance institutions in the mid-20th century. The aim is to effectively control the occun＇ence or development of diseases by systematically managing health of insurance customers （including disease patients or high-risk groups）. It can significantly reduce the probability of accidents and actual medical expenses. There by achieving the purpose of reducing the loss of medical insurance claims. China＇s health management started late, but developed rapidly. Cun＇ently, it is limited to people with relatively high economic bases. It has been low recognized by the public and has not been widely popularized. Based on this, this paper analyzes the important value of health management in China＇s health care industry from the perspective of China＇s comprehensive health management.
