摘 要:为了提升油井光杆耐磨损性能,延长其使用寿命,应用表面喷涂和表面织构技术对光杆摩擦段表面进行处理,在UMT磨损实验机上对不同表面处理技术的光杆进行摩擦性能测试评价。结果表明:超音速等离子喷涂、超音速火焰喷涂涂层可使光杆摩擦因数从0. 96分别下降至0. 85、0. 91,表面织构可使光杆摩擦因数降低至0. 77。表面喷涂技术和表面织构技术均能有效降低光杆表面摩擦因数,而表面织构技术在光杆提升摩擦性能方面优于表面喷涂技术,且加工更方便,具有较好的应用前景。In order to improve wear resistance of polished rod in oil well, the friction surface of the polished rod samples was treated hy applying the technology of supersonic plasma spraying, supersonic flame spraying and surface texturing, and the friction properties the polished rod samples was tested on the UMT friction and wear tester.The resuhs show that the eoatings prepared hy supersonic plasma spraying and supersonic flame spraying can make the friction coefficient of the polished rod samples decrease from 0.96 to 0.85 and 0.91, respectively.The surface texturing can make the friction coefficient of the polished rod samples decrease from 0.96 to 0.77.The surface friction coefficient of polished rod samples can he effectively reduced hy surface spraying technology and surface texture technology, while the surface texturing technology is superior to the surface spraying technology in improving the friction performance of the polished rod, and the processing of surface texturing is mor convenient, so it has a good application prospect.
