摘  要:岩屑是许多录井作业项目的物质基础,能够取到具有一定体积和重量且具有代表性的岩屑是这些录井项目成功的前提条件。PDC钻头大规模推广之后,现场很难取得符合要求的大尺寸岩屑,传统的钻井取心和井壁取心不仅时效性差,而且成本高昂。为了在随钻过程中获取较大尺寸、较高质量的岩屑,进而可以使用一些录井方法对地层岩性及流体进行准确评价,通过查阅国内外文献及新技术资料,发现一种新型的微心钻头能够在正常钻进过程中连续产生尺寸相对较大的微型岩心,理论上能够满足特殊油藏荧光录井及核磁录井等作业需要,同时还能显著提高机械钻速,降低钻井成本,具有很高的应用价值。Cuttings are the material basis for many mud logging operations.The ability to get representative cuttings with a certain volume and weight is a prerequisite for the success of these mud logging projects.With the large-scale promotion of PDC bit,it is difficult to obtain large-scale cuttings that can meet the requirements.Traditional drilling coring and sidewall coring are not only poor timeliness,but also high cost.In order to obtain larger size and high-quality cuttings during the drilling process,furthermore,some mud logging methods can be used to accurately evaluate the lithology and fluid of the formation.By consulting domestic and foreign literature and new technical data,a new type of micro-bit was found,which can continuously produce larger-sized microcore during the normal drilling.Theoretically,it can meet the needs of the operations of special oil reservoirs,such as fluorescence logging and nuclear magnetic resonance logging.It can also significantly improve ROP and reduce drilling cost.It has good application value.
