摘  要:准确预测压裂水平井产能对低渗气藏开发方案设计具有重要意义,目前的预测方法未将低渗储层渗流特征考虑完整。文中基于低渗气藏渗流机理和流体力学理论,考虑启动压力梯度、非达西流动和压敏效应,建立了低渗气藏压裂水平井稳态产能模型。在长庆低渗气藏进行现场验证表明:应用该模型计算产量,误差仅为6.59%;产量随启动压力梯度的增大而减小;非达西流动引起产量降低,井底流压越低,影响幅度越明显;井筒长度增加,产量随之增加,井筒压降对产量的影响也更加明显;当井筒长度相同时,井径成为影响产量的重要因素,井径越小,井筒内的压力损失对产量影响越大,反之越小。Accurately predicting the production capacity of fracturing horizontal wells is of great significance to the design of low permeability gas reservoir development schemes. However, the current research methods mostly consider that the fracture and wellbore have infinite flow conductivity, and do not consider the seepage characteristics of low permeability reservoirs intact. Based on the seepage mechanism and fluid mechanics theory of low-permeability gas reservoirs, considering the starting pressure gradient, non-Darcy flow and pressure-sensitive effects, this paper establishes the steady-state productivity equation of horizontal fractured wells for low-permeability gas reservoirs. Compared with the actual case of Changqing low-permeability gas reservoil, the resuhs show that the productivity error calculated by this model is 6.59%, and the precision is high. With the increase of the starting pressure gradient, the productivity of fractured horizontal wells in low-permeability gas reservoirs decreases; non-Darcy flow resuhs in a decrease in gas well productivity, and the lower the downhole flow pressure, the more significant the effect is; the increase in wellbore length increases the horizontal well production, and the wellbore pressure drop has a more pronounced effect on the yield. When the length of the wellbore is the same, the well diameter becomes an important factor that affects the productivity. The smaller the well diametel, the greater the pressure loss in the wellbore will have on the yield, and vice versa.
