摘  要:在涪陵页岩气田钻井作业中,油基钻井液地层漏失情况逐渐增多,而国内鲜有针对油基钻井液的堵漏材料研究,现场常用的堵漏材料多为亲水性材料,与油基钻井液配伍性差,长时间循环会破坏油基钻井液性能。鉴于此,室内开发了一种新型油基桥架堵漏剂DualGUARD。该堵漏剂与油基钻井液具有很好的配伍性,热稳定性好,组成成分和形状多样,能够快速渗入裂缝中,形成韧性封堵层,堵漏成功率达到70%以上。该堵漏剂在涪陵工区3口井三开井段进行了现场应用,均取得了较好的堵漏效果,有效提高了地层承压能力,成功解决了漏速小于30 m^3/h的井漏问题,为解决涪陵页岩气田的油基钻井液漏失问题提供了技术支撑,可在页岩气水平井钻井堵漏作业中推广应用。During the drilling in Fuling shale gas fields, the loss of oil-based drilling fluid was increasing gradually. Both in China and abroad, there is little research on oil-based drilling fluid lost circulation materials. On the site, the commonly used lost circulation materials are hydrophilic materials, which have poor compatibility with oil-based drilling fluids. Long-tern1 circulation will destroy the performanee of oil-based drilling fluids, so a new type oil-based bridge plugging agent DualGUARD was developed. With good eompatibiliU with oil-based drilling fluid, good thermal stability-, diverse composition and shape, the lost circulation material can quickly penetrate the cracks and form tough sealing layer. The plugging success rate is more than 70%. The agent was applied to the three wells in the Fuling work area, and has achieved good plugging effect, which has efleetively improved the pressure capacity of the formation and successfully solved the lost circulation problem of less than 30 m^3/h leakage rate. This agent provides technology support for the leakage of oil-based drilling fluid in Fuling shale gas field and can be used in shale gas horizontal well drilling plugging operation.
