摘 要:长庆油田面临大量地层采出水处理压力和水力压裂施工用水紧张形成的巨大反差和矛盾。以利用长庆油田采出水配制压裂液为目标,在分析油田不同区块、不同层位采出水水质的基础上,通过分子设计合成了耐盐疏水缔合聚合物;通过优选表面活性剂,配套形成了采出水压裂液体系,并根据SY/T 5107—2016《水基压裂液性能评价方法》对该体系进行评价。实验结果表明,该体系携砂能力较高,耐盐50 g/L,耐悬浮物40 mg/L,耐油100 mg/L,具有良好的耐温抗剪切性能,能够满足油田采出水的配液要求。现场试验表明,利用采出水配制的疏水缔合聚合物压裂液性能稳定,措施效果明显,为油田降本增效、绿色开发提供了可靠的技术保障。Oilfield is contronted with great pressure of formation produced water treatment and water shortage in hydraulic tracturing operation, forming a huge contrast and contradiction. Preparing tracturing fluiding by the produced water in Changqing Oilfield, based on the investigation of produced water trom diflerent blocks and formations, the hydrophobic associate compound was synthesized by molecular design, and a hydrophobic associate tracturing fluid system was developed by opifimazed surtactant in Changqing Oilfield. According to the standard SY/T 5107-2016 Water-based Fracturing Fluid Evaluttion Method, the system was evaluated. The resuhs show that the system has good sand carrying, salt resistance 50 g/L, suspended solids resistance 40 mg/L, oil resistance 100 mg/L, good temperature resistance and shear resistance, and can meet the requirements of oilfield produced water dispensing. Field test shows that hydrophobic associate tracturing fluid prepared by produced water has stable performance and obvious effect, which provides reliable technical guidance tor reducing cost and increasing effciency and green development of oilfield.
