摘　　要：快递配送从之前需要花费四、五天甚至一周的时间到现在的当日或次日达,取包裹从之前等快递员电话到现在深入各个学校、社区的菜鸟驿站,无不让人感叹当下物流行业的发展迅速。为了研究菜鸟网络运营模式及其影响因素,采取实地考察、任务访谈、调查问卷等多种方式,深入剖析了菜鸟网络的运营模式,从三个方面总结了菜鸟网络运营模式的影响因素。It took four or five days or even a week for the express delivery to arrive and now it can arrive the very day or the next day. To pick up the parcel,we used to wait for the call from the courier. Nowadays,Cainiao stations are going deep into various schools and communities,all of which make people sigh over the rapid development of the current logistics industry. In order to study the network operation mode and its influencing factors,we adopted a variety of methods,such as field trips,interview,questionnaires and so on,thus deeply analyzing the operation mode of the Cainiao network and summarizing the influencing factors of the operation mode of the Cainiao network from three aspects.
