西部七省溜索改桥实施与成效

摘　　要：溜索作为一种原始的渡河工具,在特定时期和特定地区,一定程度缓解了当地群众出行难问题。但由于存在着较大安全隐患,运输效率较低,随着经济社会发展,已经越来越难以适应当地人民群众生产生活的需要。为彻底改善溜索地区出行条件,交通运输部出台了一系列扶贫工程规划,包括西部七省"溜索改桥"项目的实施。通过对项目执行情况、交通影响情况、经济社会影响的跟踪与评估,阐述了项目实施的重要影响,并提出了项目后续工作的重要建议。As a primitive tool to cross the river,yo-yo,to a certain extent,alleviated the difficulty of local people＇s travel in a certain period and a certain area. However,due to the large security risks and low transport efficiency,it has become increasingly difficult to adapt to the production and living needs of local people with the development of the economy and society.The ministry of transport has introduced a series of poverty alleviation projects,including the implementation of ＂ The Cables is changed into Bridges＂in seven western provinces,in an effort to improve travel conditions in the area. Through tracking and evaluation of project implementation,traffic impact and economic and social impact,this paper expounds the important impact of project implementation and puts forward important Suggestions for project follow-up.
