摘　　要：中国特色社会主义知识产权法律体系建设对于我国政治、经济、文化等方面都有着重要影响。改革开放以来,中国特色社会主义知识产权法取得了很大进步,已经形成了国家战略、激励自主创新、利益平衡、保护与传承等四大理论维度,对此分析有助于进一步理解和完善我国知识产权法律体系的内容与内涵。The construction of the intellectual property legal system for socialism with Chinese characteristics is of great importance for politics, economy, and culture. It has been greatly progressed since the practice of reform and opening policy. Four dimensions, such as the national strategy, innovation encouragement, interest balance, and protection and inheritance,have developed. The analysis of this is helpful to understand and improve the content and connotation of the intellectual property legal system for socialism with Chinese characteristics.
