摘 要:针对神华准格尔能源集团有限责任公司(以下简称神华准能集团)选煤厂贮煤筒仓出现边坡失稳滑移和偏移问题,建立了基于边坡失稳滑移地形下贮煤筒仓位移监测系统,分析了神华准能集团选煤厂贮煤筒仓的概况,介绍了监测系统架构的研究思路和在线监测原理,并对仓体荷载(空仓、半仓、满仓)变化、仓体偏载、季节性地表水位和季节性温度的变化等因素与仓体沉降和偏移的关系进行了研究。研究结果表明,煤仓位移在线监测系统的开发能够正常实时反映出煤仓位移变化规律,监测系统整体上实现了自动化监控、远程在线查看、在线分析和预报警功能的四大预期效果。Aiming at the slope slip and skewing problem of coal silo of coal preparation plant in Shenhua Zhungeer Energy Group Co., Ltd., displacement monitoring system of coal silo of coal preparation plant based on slope instability and slip terrain was established, the general situation of coal silo was analyzed and the monitoring system architecture research thoughts and online monitoring principle were introduced, and the relationships among silo load change (empty silo, half silo or full silo), silo unbalance loading, seasonal surface water level, seasonal temperature change and silo subsidence and skewing were studied. The research results showed that the displacement monitoring system could reflected the silo displacement change rule in real time and realized automatic monitoring, remote online viewing, online analysis and forecasting alarm.
