摘　　要：论述了大型选煤厂EPC总承包项目投标报价过程中影响投标报价的主要因素、应当考虑的项目风险以及采取的报价策略等;并结合多年总承包项目的管理经验及投标报价体会提出了几点建议:工程造价人员要善于及时搜集整理资料,工程项目的参与者特别是业主要树立建设项目全生命周期造价管理的理念,总承包单位要不断提高适应EPC项目的建设模式和项目的报价决策能力,提高EPC项目的投标报价水平。The main affecting factors during the bidding quotation process of EPC large coal preparation plant project are discussed. The risk of project and the quotation strategy should be considered during the bidding quotation,and several suggestions are put forward based on multi-year management experience and bidding practice of general contracting project.The engineering cost personnel should be good at collecting and arranging the cost data. The participants of the project,especially the buyer,mainly establish the life-cycle concept of cost management in construction project. The general contractor must continuously improve the adaptability of the EPC construction mode, the decision-making ability of project quotation and the bidding quotation skill of EPC project.
