摘　　要：为提升中医学教学质量,培养中医学创新人才,结合中医学学科特点,探讨了中医学创新人才的基本素质构成,并以湖北中医药大学实践教学为例,分析了"四位一体"中医学实践教学体系的总体设计及其内涵建设情况。In order to improve the quality of traditional Chinese medicine teaching,and cultivate innovative talents of traditional Chinese medicine,the paper firstly focuses on the composition basic qualities of the innovative talents of traditional Chinese medicine,combined with the characteristics of Chinese medicine subjects.Taking the practical teaching of Hubei University of Chinese Medicine as an example,this paper tentatively analyzes the overall design and connotation construction of the＂fourinto-one＂Chinese medicine practical teaching system.
