摘 要:红外成像随着红外探测器技术及红外材料的发展,一方面是走向大面阵,另一方面是走向无热化。文中设计了一款用于大面阵(1024×768,17?m)长波红外光学无热化镜头。系统由4片透镜组成,采用两种红外材料组合设计和两面非球面校正系统像差设计,焦距为90 mm,相对孔径为1:1,全视场角为13.8°,总长为108 mm。设计结果表明:在空间频率为30 lp/mm,0视场的MTF值大于0.45,接近于衍射极限,1视场的MTF大于0.35,在-60℃^+100℃温度范围内,各视场MTF值与常温变化不大,满足光学无热化设计。该镜头结构简单、紧凑、工艺性良好,易于加工,易于实现。With the development of infrared detector technology and infrared materials, infrared imaging has two orientations; on the one hand, it orients toward the large-array detector, and on the other hand, it orients toward non-thermalization. This paper designed an infrared athermalized lens for use in a large-array detector (1024×768, 17 ?m) with a long wavelength. The lens is composed of four pieces, using two kinds of infrared materials for a combination design and two aspheric surfaces for aberration correction. The focal length is 90 mm, the relative aperture is 1:1, the full field of view angle is 13.8°, and the total length is 110 mm. The final design shows that the MTF value of 0 view is greater than 0.45 at the spatial frequency of 30 lp/mm, which is close to the diffraction limit; the MTF value of full-view is greater than 0.35(at 30 lp/mm). The MTF values for the entire field view changed little in the working temperature range(-60℃ to+100℃), compared with the normal temperature design. The lens structure is simple, compact, and is easy to use, process, and implement.
