摘  要:讨论维持性血透患者血清尿素氮和肌酐水平与透析单次超滤量的相关性。记录测定患者血清尿素氮和肌酐水平以及透析单次超滤量;同时收集相关信息,对血清尿素氮和肌酐水平与透析单次超滤量之间的相关性进行分析讨论。透析后血清肌酐及尿素氮水平较透析前均有减低。对受试对象血清尿素氮、肌酐水平与单次超滤量进行相关性分析,透析后的血清素氮以及肌酐水平同单次超滤量之间均呈正相关关系,同时相关分析结果还提示,透析前后患者血清肌酐以及尿素氮减低水平同超滤量呈负相关。单次超滤量高有可能与肾损害加重存在关联。The correlation between serum urea nitrogen and creatinine levels and dialysis ultrafiltration volume in maintenance hemodialysis patients was discussed. The levels of serum urea nitrogen and creatinine, and the single ultrafiltration of dialysis were recorded, and the relevant information was collected, and the correlation between serum urea nitrogen and creatinine levels and the single ultrafiltration of dialysis was analyzed and discussed. The levels of serum creatinine and urea nitrogen after dialysis were all lower than those before dialysis. The correlation between serum levels of serum urea nitrogen, creatinine and single ultrafiltration was analyzed. The relationship between serotonin and creatinine levels after dialysis was positively correlated with the single ultrafiltration, and the correlation analysis also indicated that the serum creatinine and the reduced levels of urine nitrogen and nitrogen were negatively correlated with the amount of ultrafiltration before and after dialysis. High single ultrafiltration may be associated with increased renal damage.
