摘　　要：目的:探讨IL-33、TNF-α在慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)患者不同时期血清中的表达变化及其临床意义。方法:采用ELISA法检测血清IL-33、TNF-α水平。选择42例COPD急性加重期患者作为急性加重期组,治疗缓解后为稳定期组,25例正常健康者为对照组,比较患者治疗前后的IL-33与TNF-α水平变化及二者与对照组间的差异。分析COPD急性加重期IL-33与TNF-α的相关性。结果:COPD急性加重期和稳定期患者血清中IL-33、TNF-α水平均显著高于对照组(P<0.05),COPD急性加重期患者血清中IL-33、TNF-α水平均显著高于稳定期(P<0.05)。COPD急性加重期患者血清IL-33与TNF-α呈正相关关系(r=0.790,P<0.001)。结论:IL-33与TNF-α在COPD的发生发展中起着一定的作用,COPD急性加重过程中IL-33与TNF-α可能有相互促进的作用。ObjectiveTo investigate the expression of IL-33 and TNF-alpha in serum of patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease（COPD） at different stages and its clinical significance.Method： Serum IL-33 and TNF-alpha levels were measured by ELISA.Forty-two patients with acute exacerbation of COPD were selected as acute exacerbation group.After remission,they were treated as stable group and 25 healthy people as control group.The correlation between IL-33 and TNF-alpha in acute exacerbation of COPD were analyzed.Result：The serum levels of IL-33 and TNF-alpha in patients with acute exacerbation and stable COPD were significantly higher than those in the control group（P〈0.05）,and the serum levels of IL-33 and TNF-alpha in patients with acute exacerbation of COPD were significantly higher than those in stable COPD（P〈0.05）.There was a positive correlation between serum IL-33 and TNF-alpha in patients with acute exacerbation of COPD（r=0.790,P〈0.001）.Conclusion：IL-33 and TNF-alpha play a certain role in the occurrence and development of COPD,and IL-33 and TNF-alpha may promote each other in the course of acute exacerbation of COPD.
