血透高磷血症患者应用互动式护理模式的效果观察

摘　　要：目的:分析互动式护理模式对血透高磷血症患者治疗效果及生活质量的影响。方法:研究对象是从2015年12月-2017年6月笔者所在医院肾脏内科接受并治疗的血透高磷血症患者中随机性抽取的188例,平均分为常规组和干预组,常规组采用常规模式进行护理,干预组采用互动式护理模式进行护理。之后分析临床效果及对生活质量的影响。结果:干预组患者总有效率为95.74%,明显高于常规组(P<0.05);干预组患者护理后生活质量评分为(79.88±0.91)分,明显高于常规组(P<0.05)。结论:互动式护理模式对血透高磷血症患者治疗效果显著,可以提高临床有效率,提升患者生活质量,从而提升了医院整体护理质量,可推广应用。ObjectiveTo analyze the effect of interactive nursing mode in the treatment effect and quality of life of hemodialysis patients with hyperphosphatemia.Method：From December 2015 to June 2017,188 cases of hemodialysis patients with hyperphosphatemia were randomly selected from the Department of Nephrology in the Department of nephrology in our hospital.They were divided into the routine group and the intervention group on average.The routine group was treated with conventional mode,and the intervention group was treated with interactive nursing mode.Then the clinical effect and the influence on the quality of life were analyzed.Result： The total effective rate of the patients in the intervention group was 95.74%,obviously higher than that of the routine group（P〈0.05）,and the quality of life score of the patients in the intervention group was （79.88±0.91）scores after nursing,which was significantly higher than that in the routine group（P〈0.05）.Conclusion： The interactive nursing mode is effective in the treatment of hyperphosphatemia patients with hemodialysis.It can improve the clinical efficiency and improve the quality of life of the patients,thus improving the overall nursing quality of the hospital,and can be popularized and applied.
