摘  要:以Li_2CO_3粉末为原料,采用一种冷冻干燥湿法工艺,制备出综合性能较好的Li_2O陶瓷小球。通过研究冷冻成形、煅烧、分解和烧结等工艺过程,优化了Li_2O陶瓷小球的制备工艺,并对获得的Li_2O陶瓷小球进行了性能表征。结果表明:冷冻成形制备的凝胶小球在650℃煅烧后可得到纯净的Li_2CO_3小球,再于真空条件下多步程序升温至720℃可制得主要相为Li_2O的小球,小球尺寸分布均匀,直径约为0.8mm,平均晶粒尺寸为9μm,于900℃高温烧结后小球的密度可达理论密度的69.5%。Lithium oxide (Li 2O) is one of the best tritium breeding materials. A new wet process, freeze drying method, was used to prepare Li 2O pebbles by Li 2CO 3 powder. Preliminary fabrication tests including freezing, calcination and decomposition were carried out to investigate the fabrication technique parameter of Li 2O pebbles. It is suggested that Li 2O pebbles can be fabricated by the decomposition of Li 2CO 3 pebbles at 720 ℃, which were prepared by freeze drying method and calcinated at 650 ℃ . Li 2O pebbles sintered at 900 ℃ have a diameter of 0.8 mm, grain size of 9 μm, density of 69.5% theoretical density and porous structure.
