合同能源管理在天津市某医院节能改造中应用的效益分析

摘　　要：基于天津市某医院能耗现状,为解决当前医院能源管理所面临的困境,采用合同能源管理方式进行节能改造,对比分析了项目改造前后运行的经济效益、节能效益和环保效益。通过这种方式能提高能源利用效率,减少能源浪费,降低运行成本,最终达到医院高效运行、低碳环保的目的。Based on the energy consumption of a hospital in Tianjin, to solve the current difficulties faced by hospital energy management, the Energy Management Contract（ EMC） is adopted to carry out energy - saving retrofitting, and the economic benefits, energy - saving benefits and environmental benefits of the operation before and after the project transformation are compared and analyzed In this way, the energy efficiency can be improved, energy waste can be reduced, operating costs can be reduced, and ultimately, the hospital can operate efficiently and have low carbon and environmental protection.
