基于中医传承辅助系统治疗脓毒症胃肠功能障碍方剂组方规律分析

摘　　要：目的基于中医传承辅助系统软件,分析治疗脓毒症胃肠功能障碍方剂的组方规律。方法收集近年文献中所报道的治疗脓毒症胃肠功能障碍的方剂,筛选整理方剂,运用中医传承辅助系统软件挖掘用药规律。结果筛选出符合要求的46个治疗脓毒症胃肠功能障碍的处方,确定了处方中药物出现的频次,常用药对及组合,并获得新处方5个。结论通腑泻浊和健脾益气在脓毒症胃肠功能障碍治疗中极为重要,应为基本治法。Objective： To analyze the prescription rules of sepsis gastrointestinal dysfunction prescription,based on the TCM inheritance support system software. Methods： The prescriptions for gastrointestinal dysfunction of sepsis in recent years were collected and screened,and the law of drug use was excavated by the software of traditional Chinese medicine. Results： 46 prescriptions for gastrointestinal dysfunction were selected. The frequency of drug occurrence in the prescriptions,the combination of common drugs and 5 new prescriptions were obtained.Conclusion： Tongfu Xiezhuo and Jianpi Yiqi are very important in the treatment of septic gastrointestinal dysfunction as the basic treatment.
