麻杏石甘汤联合布地奈德雾化吸入对小儿急性喉炎疗效及免疫功能的影响

摘　　要：目的观察麻杏石甘汤联合布地奈德雾化吸入对小儿急性喉炎的疗效、炎症指标以及T淋巴细胞亚群的影响。方法将小儿急性喉炎患者110例随机分为两组。对照组在西医常规治疗的基础上给予布地奈德雾化吸入治疗,治疗组在对照组的基础上给予麻杏石甘汤加减治疗,观察两组患儿治疗后症状变化,白介素-6(IL-6)、白介素-8(IL-8)、C反应蛋白(CRP)以及肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)水平,总有效率以及CD3+、CD4+和CD8+T淋巴细胞水平。结果 1)两组患儿治疗后症状比较,在咳嗽消失时间、声嘶消失时间以及住院时间3个指标上,差异具有统计学意义(P <0.05);2)两组治疗后比较,治疗组IL-8、CRP以及TNF-α水平的改善优于对照组(P <0.05);3)治疗组总有效率为96.43%,明显高于对照组的83.33%(P <0.05);4)治疗后,两组比较,CD3+、CD4+和CD8+T淋巴细胞差异无统计学意义(P> 0.05)。结论麻杏石甘汤联合布地奈德雾化吸入在临床症状、实验室检查水平以及治疗有效率方面优于单纯使用布地奈德雾化吸入治疗。Objective： To explore the clinical effect of Maxing Shigan Decoction combined with Budesonide nebulization on efficacy,inflammatory indexes and T lymphocyte subsets in infantile acute laryngitis. Methods：110 cases were randomly divided into two groups. The control group was treated with Budesonide based on routine therapy,and the treatment group received Maxing Shigan Decoction based on the control group. The following indicators were observed： clinical symptoms,the levels of IL-6,IL-8,CRP and TNF-α,the total efficiency,CD3＋,CD4＋ and CD8＋. Results： 1）After treatment,there was statistical significance in the resolution time of cough and hoarseness and the hospital stay between two groups（P〈0.05）. 2）After treatment,the improvement of levels of IL-8,CRP and TNF-α in the treatment group was better than that in the control group（P〈0.05）. 3）The total effective rate of the treatment group was 96.43%,higher than that of the control group（83.33%）（P〈0.05）. 4）After treatment,there was no statistical significance in CD3＋,CD4＋ and CD8＋ between two groups（P〈0.05）. Conclusion： Maxing Shigan Decoction combined with Budesonide nebulization is superior to simple Budesonide nebulization in clinical symptoms,laboratory tests and treatment efficiency.
