清解合剂治疗盆腔炎性疾病的临床研究

摘　　要：目的观察清解合剂治疗盆腔炎性疾病的临床疗效,并探讨其作用机制。方法选取盆腔炎性疾病(热毒壅盛证)患者120例,随机分为研究组及对照组各60例。研究组采用院内制剂清解合剂口服,对照组采用头孢西丁钠肌肉注射及阿奇霉素肠溶胶囊序贯口服,两组均治疗14 d。结果治疗后两组临床总有效率比较差异无统计学意义(P> 0.05)。两组治疗后中医症状总积分、局部体征、疼痛积分与治疗前比较均有显著改善(均P <0.01),且研究组在改善局部体征的程度上优于对照组(P <0.05),在改善疼痛程度上明显优于对照组(P <0.01)。治疗后随访半年,研究组复发率明显低于对照组(P <0.01)。结论清解合剂治疗盆腔炎性疾病安全有效,其临床应用价值值得进一步探讨。Objective： To observe the effect and the mechanism of Qingjie Mixture on pelvic inflammatory disease. Methods： 120 patients were randomly divided into the experimental group and the control group. The experimental group（60 cases） took Chinese medicine Qingjie Mixture,while the control group（60 cases） took Western medicine. two groups were treated for 14 days. Results： After treatment,the total clinical efficiency of the two groups was not statistically significant（P〈0.05）;TCM symptoms integral,partial signs,pain points were improved significantly,respectively,compared with before treatment（P〈0.01）. The experimental group was better than the control group in the improvement of local signs（P〈0.05） and the pain degree（P〈0.01）. The recurrence rate of the experimental group was significantly lower than that of the control group（P〈0.01）. Conclusion： It is safe and effective to treat pelvic inflammatory disease by using Qingjie Mixture,worthy of clinical promotion.
