四神煎联合双氯芬酸钠缓释胶囊治疗膝骨关节炎急性期疗效分析

摘　　要：目的观察四神煎与双氯芬酸钠缓释胶囊联合治疗膝骨关节炎急性期的临床疗效。方法选取96例膝骨关节炎急性期患者,按随机数字表法分为两组。观察组48例采取四神煎合联合双氯芬酸钠缓释胶囊治疗,对照组48例给予双氯芬酸钠缓释胶囊治疗。比较两组的视觉模拟评分(VAS)、膝关节功能评分(Lysholm)、生活质量量表(WHOQOL-BREF)、临床疗效。结果两组治疗1周的VAS评分比较无显著差异(P> 0.05);观察组治疗2周、3周、4周的VAS评分,均显著高对照组治疗2周、3周、4周的VAS评分(P <0.05)。观察组治疗后的Lysholm总分,显著高于对照组治疗后的Lysholm总分(P <0.05)。对照组WHOQOLBREF总分,显著低于观察组WHOQOL-BREF总分(P <0.05)。观察组总有效率91.67%,显著高于对照组总有效率77.08%(P <0.05)。结论对膝骨关节炎急性期患者采取四神煎合与双氯芬酸钠缓释胶囊联合治疗,可显著缓解疼痛,改善膝关节功能,从而提高其生活质量和促进临床疗效,适合在临床中深入研究使用。Objective： To analyze the clinical efficacy of Sishenjian Decoction combined with Diclofenac Sodium Sustained-release Capsules on acute knee osteoarthritis. Methods： 48 patients treated with Sishenjian Decoction and Diclofenac Sodium Sustained-release capsules were set as the observation group,and another 48 treated with Diclofenac Sodium Sustained-release capsules were set as the control group. The visual analogue score（VAS）,the knee function score（Lysholm）,the quality of life scale（WHOQOL-BREF） and clinical efficacy were compared between the two groups. Results： There was no significant difference in VAS scores between the two groups for 1 week′s treatment（P〈0.05）;VAS scores in the observation group were significantly higher than that in the control group at 2 weeks,3 weeks and 4 weeks（P〈0.05）. The total Lysholm score after treatment in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group（P〈0.05）. The total WHOQOL-BREF score in the control group was significantly lower than that in the observation group（P〈0.05）. The total effective rate in the observation group was 91.67%,which was significantly higher than that of the control group 77.08%（P〈0.05）. Conclusion： For the patients with acute knee osteoarthritis,the combination of Sishenjian Decoction and Diclofenac Sodium Sustained-release Capsules can significantly relieve pain and improve knee function,which can improve the quality of life and promote clinical efficacy,suitable for further study in clinical practice.
