摘　　要：为了能在普通车床上实现带有相位要求的双偏心轴的加工,设计制造一款自偏心且带有相位位置摆正功能的车床夹具。它具有操作简单、定位迅速的特点,不仅能很好地满足加工精度要求、提高工作效率、降低生产成本,而且对加工工人的工作技能要求不高。经样品试制、现场试验检验,发现使用效果很好,达到了预期目标,具有一定的推广价值,现已申报发明专利。In order to achieve the processing of double eccentric shaft with phase requirement on ordinary lathe, a self-eccentric lathe fixture with the function of straightening phase position was designed and produced. It has the advantages of easy operation, rapid positioning. Not only it can well meet the requirements of processing precision, improve work efficiency, reduce production costs; but also the demand for the workers’ processing skills is not high. Trial samples and field test of the lathe fixture have proved good results in use and that desired goal is achieved. As it has the certain value to popularize, this technology has been applied for the invention patent .
