摘  要:根据GE30C型自润滑关节轴承的实际结构与工况,用软件ANSYS Workbench分别建立了它在径向受载情况下作倾斜摆动和旋转摆动的有限元模型,对其温度场进行分析并得出温度的分布规律;采用正交试验法分析倾斜摆动时径向载荷、最大摆角、摆动周期和摩擦因数等对衬垫摩擦生热的影响规律,为该类轴承的合理选择与使用提供参考。According to the actual structure and working conditions of self-lubricating spherical plain bearings GE30C, finite element simulation was done during its tilt motion and swivel motion under radial load by ANSYS Workbench, the temperature field was analyzed and the distribution law of temperature was obtained. During tilt motion, the influenced law of radial load, maximum swing angle , swing cycle and frictional coefficient on frictional heat to liner was analyzed by orthogonal test.It provides reference for the rational selection and use of such bearings.
