甜瓜苗期钾高效品种筛选体系研究

摘　　要：实验以建立一种甜瓜苗期钾高效品种筛选方法为目标,以4个厚皮甜瓜栽培品种‘江南蜜1号'、‘东方蜜1号'、‘玉姑'、‘蜜天下'为实验材料,水培条件下对甜瓜苗期钾高效品种筛选的筛选时期、筛选浓度、筛选指标进行了研究,初步建立了一个以六叶期作为筛选时期、0.01mmol/L K+浓度作为筛选浓度、茎粗和地下部干重作为筛选指标的甜瓜苗期钾高效品种快速筛选体系,为甜瓜钾高效种质资源筛选及钾高效品种培育提供参考。In this study,four muskmelon（Cucumis melo L.）cultivars ‘Jiangnanmi 1＇,‘Dongfangmi 1＇,‘Yugu＇and ‘Mitianxia＇were used as experimental materials to establish a screening method for highpotassium-efficiency cultivar in seedling stage by hydroponics experiment.The established rapid screening system used six-leaf as the screening period,0.01 mmol/L K＋as the screening concentration,stem diameter and dry weight of roots as the screening indices.The screening system provided a reference for the screening of high-potassium-efficient melon germplasm resources and cultivating of melon varieties.
