摘  要:以氮掺杂石墨烯(NG)为分散固相萃取(DSPE)吸附剂,建立了NG富集分离--火焰原子吸收光谱(FAAS)测定水样中痕量Cu2+的方法。当萃取溶液的p H值为6. 0,NG用量为30. 0 mg,萃取时间为20 min,洗脱剂为1. 50 mol·L-1的硝酸溶液时,Cu2+的富集因子达80。Cu2+的线性范围为0. 5~80μg·L-1,相关系数(R2)为0. 9988,检出限为0. 45μg·L-1,相对标准偏差小于3. 1%。此方法成功地应用于自来水、公园湖水、地下水中铜离子含量的测定,其加标回收率为96%~103%。A method was developed for the determination of trace amounts of Cu^2+ in water samples using nitrogen doped graphene(NG)as solid sorbents of DSPE in combination with FAAS technology.The main factors influencing the extraction of Cu^2+ ,pH value of the extraction solution,the amount of NG,extraction time,eluent,the volumeof sample,were investigated,and the effect of foreign metals were evaluated too.Under the optimized conditions,the enrichment factor of Cu^2+ was 80.The calibration graph was linear in the range of 0.5~80 μg·L ^-1 with a correlation coefficient better than 0.9988.The detection limit was 0.45 μg·L^ -1 and the relative standard deviation was less than 3.1%.The proposed method was successfully applied to measure trace Cu ^2+ in different types of environment waters with satisfactory results,and the recovery was in the range of 96%~103%.
