摘 要:脑缺血临床上发病率高,且罹患人群日趋年轻化,其发病机理目前尚未阐明,故探究脑缺血的发生发展对缺血性脑血管疾病的防治尤为重要。脑缺血动物模型系通过形成特定部位的脑梗死,模拟临床缺血性脑血管疾病的发生发展过程,用以研究该疾病的重要工具。随着缺血性脑血管疾病损伤与修复机制研究的日趋深入,如何模拟缺血性脑血管疾病的发病过程并建立标准化活体脑缺血动物模型,有重要的现实意义和必要性。因此,本文拟对脑缺血动物模型的动物分类及选择、建模及改良方法和研究现状进行综述及作一展望,以期为读者提供借鉴。Cerebral ischemia is a kind of cardio-cerebrovascular disease with high morbidity and rejuvenation in clinic, but its pathogenesis has not been clarified. It is particularly important to explore the occurrence and development of cerebral ischemia for the prevention and treatment of ischemia cerebrovascular diseases. The cerebral ischemia animal model system is an important tool for simulating of ischemic cerebrovascular disease by forming a specific part of cerebral infarction to explore the occurrence and development process of cerebral ischemia patients. With the deepening of the study on the injury and repair mechanism of ischemic cerebrovascular disease, it is of great partical significance and necessity to simulate the pathogenesis of ischemia cerebrovascular diseases and establish a standardized animal model of cerebral ischemia. Therefore, this paper summarizes the animal classification, selection modeling, the improvement methods and the research status of cerebral ischemia animal model, and makes a prospect to providing readers with reference.
