冲牙器与声波震动牙刷联合使用在固定矫治护理中的效果评价

摘　　要：目的:探讨冲牙器与声波震动牙刷联合使用在青少年固定矫治口腔护理中的效果。方法:收集广州市花都区胡忠医院口腔正畸科初次就诊的青少年患者60例为研究对象,随机分为对照组和实验组,各30例。对照组使用声波震动牙刷刷牙,实验组除了同款牙刷外,联合冲牙器予口腔清洁,比较两组患者初诊时、固定矫治3个月后、6个月后的牙菌斑指数(PLI)、牙龈指数(GI)、牙釉质脱矿情况和护理满意度。结果:初诊时,两组患者一般情况、菌斑基线检查结果无明显差异,具有可比性(P> 0. 05);口腔护理3个月后,两组的PLI、GI均升高,实验组PLI、GI均低于对照组,未见牙釉质脱矿,而对照组4例牙釉质脱矿(P <0. 05),组间差异有统计学意义;护理6个月后,两组的PLI、GI较3个月时升高,实验组两个指数仍低于对照组,出现1例牙釉质脱矿,对照组则增加至6例(P <0. 05),组间差异有统计学意义。实验组的护理满意度亦高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P <0. 05)。结论:在固定矫治的青少年中联合使用冲牙器和声波震动牙刷行口腔护理,可有效减少牙龈炎和牙釉质脱矿的发生,临床推广应用价值较高。Objective： To discuss the effect of oral irrigator combined with sonic electric toothbrush for oral nursing in teenagers with fixed appliance. Method： 60 teenagers of initial visits to doctors in Huzhong Hospital for fixed appliance treatment were randomly selected into control group or observation group, each group of 30 cases in each group. Sonic electric toothbrush was used in control group, compared with both oral irrigator and sonic electric toothbrush were used in observation group. Analyze the PLI, GI and enamel demineralization of were analysed in initial time, in 3rd month, and 6th month. Nursing satisfaction was also recorded. Result： The scores of PLI and GI of the control group were higher than those of the observation onegroup; the difference was statistically significant（ P 〈0.05）. The same result was shown in the ratios of enamel demineralization. The teenagers＇ nursing satisfaction degree in the observational cases group was higher than that of the control ones group; the difference was statistically significant（ P 〈0.05）. Conclusion： It＇s is worth combining oral irrigator with sonic electric toothbrush for oral nursing in teenagers with fixed appliance.
