摘  要:主要研究了粉藤的物理性质及尺寸稳定性,分别采用高分子量酚醛树脂、低分子酚醛树脂、纳米二氧化硅溶液对粉藤材进行改性处理,以期为粉藤更好地商业化应用提供基础数据及改性方法。结果表明,经过改性处理后的藤材其物理性质相对于素材都有所改善,尺寸稳定性也有着显著的提升。通过正交试验分析,确定粉藤的最佳改性工艺为浸渍材料为小分子量酚醛树脂,浸渍量为55%,固化温度140℃,固化时间1h。Cane samples of Calamus sp.were treated by high-molecular phenolic resin,low-molecular phenolic resin and nano-silica solution,respectively,to study the physical properties and dimensional stability,and to provide the basic data and the modification method for the commercialization of the Calamus sp.The experimental results showed that the physical properties of the modified rattan were improved compared with that of the untreated cane sample,and the dimensional stability of the treated canes were also significantly improved.The optimum modification process was determined by orthogonal test.The impregnation material was phenolic resin with small molecular weight,the impregnation amount was 55%,the curing temperature was 140℃,and the curing time was 1 h.
