摘 要:针对环抱式港池的水质恶化问题,就国内外现存的多种提升港池水体交换的工程技术进行了探讨。通过对港池水体污染物浓度与港池容积、港池水体交换量之间的关系进行理论分析,得出:提升港池水体交换量是降低污染物浓度的最重要对策;其次,改善港池水流状况、促进港池水体混合亦是降低港池内污染物浓度的重要手段。因此,在考虑泥沙对策的基础上,采用海水交换型防波堤等利用自然水动力条件实现自港池外向港池内单方向海水流入的技术,是提升港池水体交换量,改善港池水质的技术方向。同时,通过行政法规掌控码头、船舶等的排污量,也是绿色海洋可持续开发利用的必要条件。In view of the water quality problems of the encircled harbor basin, the existing exchangingtechnologies for upgrading the basin water body were discussed. Through theoretical analysis on the relationshipsbetween port water body pollution's concentration, port volume and the water body exchange volume, it isconcluded that increasing the water exchange volume in the harbor basin is the most important countermeasure toreduce the pollutant concentration. Besides, improvement of port water flow by promoting of port water bodymixture is also an important means to reduce inner side pollutant concentration. Therefore, on the basis ofconsidering the sediment countemmasures, the technology of realizing the unidirectional seawater inflow from theharbor basin to the harbor basin by natural hydrodynamic conditions using a seawater exchange type breakwater is atechnique for improving the exchange volume of the water in the harbor basin and improving the water quality of theharbor basin. Meanwhile, it is necessary to set up administrative regulation on controlling port and vessels'pollution for the sustainable development and utilization of green ocean.
