摘 要:采用聚醚砜超滤膜,以壳聚糖为络合剂络合-超滤去除溶液中锑。试验研究了络合反应时间、p H、装载量比对锑的膜通量和截留系数的影响,以及体积浓缩因子、解离时间对锑截留系数及膜通量的影响,全过滤倍数对膜通量及壳聚糖回收率的影响。试验表明,在络合反应时间为1 h,p H值=6,装载量比为10时,RSb达到96%以上,膜通量基本不受影响。壳聚糖-锑溶液的浓缩因子为4,对浓缩的壳聚糖-锑溶液经p H值=2的HNO3进行酸化解络,解离平衡时间为20 min,解离率为83. 04%。采用全过滤过程回收壳聚糖,壳聚糖的回收率达到94. 1%。通过再生后的壳聚糖循环用于去除溶液中锑,RSb达到96. 1%,与新鲜的壳聚糖去除效果相当,均达到生活饮用水卫生标准。通过新鲜膜和被污染后的膜的性能表征及其水透过系数对比,证明长期运行后的超滤膜被严重污染,受污染后的膜的水透过系数仅为新鲜膜的33. 30%。Polyether sulfone ultrafiltration membrane was used to remove antimony from the solution by using ehitosan as the eomplexing agent for eomplexation-ultrafiltration. The effects of complex reaction time, pH value and antimony/ehitosan loading ratio on intereept coefficient and membrane flux of antimony ions was studied, the influence of volume concentration factor and dissociation time on antimony retention coefficient and membrane flux were also studied, and the effect of full filtration ratio on membrane flux and the recovery of ehitosan. Experiments Results showed that, when reaction time was 1 h, pH = 6 and the loading ratio was 10, Rsb content reaeheed 96%, membrane flux was not affected. When concentration factor of ehitosan-antimony solution was 4 and acidified with solution of HNO3 for acid disseiation, dissociation balance time was 20 min, dissociation rate was 83.04%. Recovery of ehitosan by full filtration process,The recovery percentage of ehitosan reached 94. 1%. Regenerated ehitosan cycle was used to remove antimony in solution, retention Rsb reaehe 96. 1%, approaching to the retention of the new ehitosan, which reached hygienic standard of drinking water. Through Comparing transmission coefficient of new membrane and Sb complex eoveres membrane, it was proved that ultrafiltration membrane after long run was seriously polluted, and water transmission coefficient of polluted membrane was only 33.30% of fresh film.
