摘 要:基于铀转化生产线实际运行状况,建立了F_2和UF_6回收再利用试验系统,研究了反应温度和UF_4进料速率等对F_2、 UF_6回收效果的影响,获得了工艺控制参数。试验结果表明,氟化工艺尾气经试验系统回收处理后,尾气中的F_2和UF_6含量均可降低至1%以下,满足生产工艺控制要求。Yhe recycling fluorinated process off-gas experimental system with horizontal fluorine gas absorption reactor as the main equipment was established based on actual operating conditions of m'anium conversion production line.The effect of the reaction temperature and the feed rate of UF4 on UF6 and F2 recovery was studied,and the process control parameters were obtained and optimized. The experiment results show that F2 and UF6 content in the exhaust gas can be reduced to less than 1% when the fluorinated process off-gas was recycling by the experimental system, meeting the requirements of production and process control.
