新时期下辅导员事务工作精细化管理必要性及实现途径研究

摘　　要：在新时期,有针对性的开展辅导员事务工作精细化管理,不仅利于实现教育的全过程、全方位,在促进大学生的自我服务、自我培养、自我解决问题能力,提高辅导员工作效率上都有非常重要的作用。通过不断明确辅导员工作职责、完善规章制度和量化工作考核以及不断增强责任心,促进大学生的健康成长完善相关工作制度,为辅导员事务精细化的开展提供政策保障,为后期开展试点工作提供支撑和保障。In the new era, the targeted management of counselors＇ affairs not only helps to realize the wholeprocess and all -around of education, but also promotes college students ＇ self-service, self-cultivation, self-problem solving ability and improvement of counselors＂ work efficiency. According to clarifying counselors＇ job responsibilities, improving rules and regulations, and quantifying work assessment, as well as constantly enhancing the sense of responsibility can improve the relevant work system for the healthy growth of college students, the policy guarantee for the refined development of counselor affairs, and the support and guarantee for the pilot work in the later stage.
