摘  要:利用Matlab的GUI功能,开发了流化床煤气化计算系统。该图形用户界面系统可以根据建立的煤炭气化过程产品的平衡组成计算模型,方便、高效地通过改变相关参数模拟出煤炭气化平衡组成的重要数据。实例表明:该流化床煤气化计算系统可以辅助研究气化操作参数对气化组成的影响规律,对生产中有针对性的控制操作参数,调节煤炭气化产品组成和相对含量具有实际指导意义。The calculation system of fluidized bed coal gasification is developed with the GUI function of Matlab. The graphical user interface system can calculate the balance composition of coal gasification process products according to the established model, conveniently and efficiently simulate the important data of coal gasification balance composition by changing the relevant parameters. The example shows that the fluidized bed gasification calculation system can assist in studying the influence law of gasification operation parameters on gasification composition, and has practical guiding significance for controlling operation parameters in production and regulating the composition and relative content of coal gasification products.
