摘　　要：本文通过对FCC汽油加氢脱硫工艺的全球及在华专利进行分析,重点关注了全球申请态势、申请人排名以及在华专利的技术来源和法律状态,并对重要申请人埃克森美孚公司重点分析,以期为国内申请人了解该工艺的发展现状提供参考。In this paper,through the analysis of FCC gasoline hydrodesulfurization process patents in China and in the world,we focuses on the global application situation,applicant ranking, as well as the technical sources and legal status of patents in China, and focuses on the important applicant ExxonMobil Company,in order to provide domestic applicants with an understanding of the work .To provide reference for the development of art.
