摘  要:废液处理系统在正常运行工况下担任着重要的作用,它承担着储存放射性废液以及将其转化成安全清洁的可排放液体,在电厂与外界形成一道坚强有力的安全屏障,并且阻止放射性废液直接排放对外界环境造成不可逆的危害。废液处理系统主要分为废液的储存和废液的处理。然而作为中国第一座核电站秦一厂单元在未来将会迎来的退役中,由于核设施的检修和退役工作伴随着大量的放射性废液的产生与废液成分更加复杂的两点特点将会给废液处理系统带来更大的运行负荷[1]。而目前废液处理系统在正常运行工况下由于蒸发器结垢导致蒸发器在连续运行时会被中断,蒸发效率不高等问题。本文针对废液蒸发器结垢提出一些改进的方法,来优化废液的蒸发单元。The waste liquid treatment system plays an important role in the normal operation condition, It is responsible for storing radioactive waste and converting it into safe and clean emissions,In the power plant and outside the formation of a strong security- barrier,And to prevent the radioactive waste liquid directly from the environment and cause irreversible damage to the environment. The disposal system of the waste liquid is mainly divided into the storage of the waste liquid and the disposal of the waste liquid. However,as China's first nuclear power station Qin Shan nuclear plant in the future will Retired. Because of the maintenance and retirement of nuclear facilities,there are more complicated characteristics of the waste liquid and the composition of the waste liquid, which will bring greater operational load to the waste liquid treatment system. And the current waste treatment system in normal operating conditions due to the evaporator sealing cause the evaporator in continuous operation will be interrupted,and Evaporation efficiency is not high. In this paper, some improved methods are put forward to optimize the evaporation unit of the waste liquid.
