乡村振兴战略背景下天津市滨海新区北塘地区城中村治理问题研究

摘　　要：进入新时代后,我国社会主要矛盾已经转化为人民日益增长的美好生活需要和不平衡不发展之间的矛盾。自改革开放以来,我国城市化的步伐也在不断加快。城中村则是农村剩余劳动力大量涌入城市,导致城市向外扩张至农村的现象,也是城市化发展的必然结果。但因其迅速,城中村存在着许多不完善的地方,为了深入了解到其的遗留问题,天津科技大学法政学院的学生以十九大精神作为指引,利用暑假的时间对天津市滨海新区北塘社区进行了调查。After entering the new era,the main social contradictions in our eountry have been transformed into the contradictions between the growing needs of the people for a better life and the unbalanced development. Since the reform and opening up,the pace of urbanization in China is also accelerating. The village in the city is the phenomenon that the surplus rural labor force flows into the city,which leads to the outward expansion of the city to the eountry-side,and it is also the inevitable result of the urbanization development. However,because of its rapid speed,there are many imperfections in the villages in the city. In order to understand the problems left behind,the students of the School of Law and Adnfinistration of Tianjin University of Science and Technology are guided by 19 major spirits.The summer vacation time was used to investigate the Beitang eommunity in Binhai New District of Tianjin.
