摘　　要：目的:探讨缺血性中风研究现状。方法:检索Web of scienceTM核心合集数据库获得2008-2018年期间发表的关于缺血性中风的6675篇论文,数据去重后运行Citespace软件进行国家、科研机构及作者的合作网络分析,关键词共现分析及突现检测,文献共被引聚类分析及引文突现检测。结果:欧美发达国家无论是总发文量还是参与合作的研究者数量均处于领先地位。缺血性中风的研究热点包括病因、风险因素、预防及治疗方法等;研究主要集中在12大领域;华法林的应用代表着新兴趋势之一。结论:Citespace软件可对缺血性中风领域的各级科研力量分布及合作关系、研究热点、知识结构及新兴趋势进行有效地可视化分析。Objective：To explore current status of study on Ischenfic Stroke. Methods：In search of web of science core database and 6675 articles about Isehemic Stroke published in years from 2008 to 2018 were collected. After data deduplieation and Software Citespaee was used for Co-occurrenee analysis of the eountry,institution,author and keyword as well as co-citation analysis of the cited reference. Function of burst detection also been used to find out the most citation burst keywords and cited references. Results：Most of the publications and Researchers on isehemic stroke were located in Europe and USA. Research Hotspots included etiology, risk factors, prevention, treatments and so on. Study on isehemic stroke focused on 12 main fields. Clinical application of warfarin was one of the emerging trends. Coelusions： Visualization Analysis of different aspects of study on Isehenfie Stroke by eitespaee could be effectively implemented, such as cooperative relationships among researchers,research hotspots,intelleetual structure and emerging trends.
