基于OBE的“性能测试”课程教学改革

摘　　要：针对性能测试课程教学效果欠佳的状况,本文提出基于OBE教育理念的课程教学改革。以培养目标为出发点进行反向课程设计,从教学内容、教学方式、课程实践、考核方式等方面进行课程教学研究和改革。实践证明基于成果导向教育的教学模式,能够使学生明确学习本课程后会达到的学习成果和能力,能够培养学生的自主学习能力,及有效提高性能测试课的教学质量和学生的学习效果。In view of the poor teaching effect of the performance testing, this paper puts forward the curriculum teaching reform based on the OBE educational philosophy. The reverse curriculum design is carried out from the point of view of the training goal, and the teaching research and reform are carried out from the aspects of teaching content, teaching method, course practice, examination method and so on.Practice has proved that the teaching model based on OBE can make students know the learning results and abilities that will be achieved after learning this course, and can train students＇ autonomous learning ability. And effectively improve the teaching quality of pefformance testing and the learning effect of students.
