摘　　要：21世纪互联网和电子出版物的冲击使传统图书馆的危机也日显凸出。本文对网络建设给图书馆带来的机遇与挑战进行了有益的探讨与思考,提出了图书馆应加强自身建设,开展、开发高层次信息服务等对策。The crisis of the tranditional library is more and more obvious by the impact of Internet and electronic publications in the 21st century.This paper goes on the beneficial exploration and reflection on the opportunity and challenge brought up by the construction of Internet,and suggests some contermeasures such as strengthening the construction of library itself and launching and developing the high-level information service and so on.
