延边州产后抑郁现状及影响因素分析

摘　　要：目的了解延边州地区产后抑郁现状,分析产后抑郁的影响因素,为有效开展干预提供依据。方法便利抽样选取2016年5月—2017年1月在延边州妇幼保健院分娩的300名产妇,通过拨打电话记录爱丁堡产后抑郁得分。结果延边州产后抑郁发生率为24.7%;经过logistics分析,民族、学历是产后抑郁的影响因素。结论延边州产后抑郁略高,还需要开展心理咨询、健康教育、产后随访等干预措施,来保障产妇及婴儿的健康。Objective To know the status and influencing factors of postpartum depression in Yanbian thus providing basis for the effective development of the intervention. Methods 300 cases of delivery women for delivery in our hospital from May 2016 to January 2017 were selected, and the Edinburgh postpartum depression scores were recorded by telephone. Results The incidence rate of postpartum depression in Yanbian was 24.7%; and the logistics analysis showed that the nation and academic level were the influencing factors of postpartum depression. Conclusion The post- partum depression in Yanbian is slightly high, and the intervention measures of developing the mental consultation, health education and postpartum follow-up, to ensure the health of delivery women and infants.
