摘　　要：文章介绍了出口澳大利亚准轨矿石漏斗车的主要用途、主要技术参数、主要结构特点,对车体静强度、制动系统的制动倍率、干涉检查等进行了计算,并介绍了相关试验情况。通过车体静强度试验、扭转试验、闸瓦压力试验、线路动力学试验和卸货试验结果表明,该车辆各项性能指标均满足相关标准要求,为出口澳大利亚地区铁路货车设计提供参考。This paper introduced the main uses,main technical parameters and main structural features of the quasi-rail ore hopper car exported to Australia,calculated the static strength of the car body,the braking ratio of the braking system and interference checks,and introduces the relevant tests.It was indicated that each indexes of the wagon meet the requirements and can be provid- ed as a reference for railway freight wagons to be exported to Australia by static strength of car body test,twist test ,brake shoe force test,performance test,loading and unloading test.
