摘　　要：保险与科技深度融合是新时代互联网保险高质量发展的基石。通过分析区块链运作机制,可发现区块链的去中心化、可追溯性、智能合约等创新特征有助于破解互联网保险行业"痛点"。区块链在提升互联网保险信息安全水平、建立网络监督机制、防控欺诈风险、实现智能化理赔及构建保险科技新生态等方面均具有重要的应用价值。但是区块链在互联网保险中的应用也面临着一些风险,需要填补监管法规空白,建立适应区块链特点的监管机制;探索"闪电网络",并提升技术安全性,破解"不可能三角",以更好地发挥区块链对互联网保险高质量发展的推动作用。Deep integration of insurance and technology is a cornerstone of high-quality development of internet insurance. By analyzing the operational mechanism of blockchain, it is revealed that its decentralization, traceability, smart contract, common trust and other innovative characteris- tics help solve the industry＇s ＂pain point＂. The blockchain has important application value in prorooting the information security level, establishing the network supervision mechanism, preventing and controlling fraud risk, realizing intellectualized claim and building new insurance technology ecology. It has also met some risks. We should fill the gaps in regulatory mechanisms, explore the ＂lightning network＂, improve the technology security and break the ＂impossible triangle＂ so as to give full play to the role of blockchain in promoting high-quality development of internet insurance.
